Very close to the pyramids. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hand pipe of the washroom was broken. The window to outside could not be closed completely

The view is amazing. Reception staff Mohammed is an amazing young man who is always ready to accommodate your each and every need.
Areas for improvement:
The hotel partially still under construction and doesn’t have outside signage yet. Once you arrive you need to give a call and they will come down to get you.

The room was amazing and the view was absolutely incredible. Even better in person.
Areas for improvement:
The staff was very nice and helpful. Anything I needed, they helped me. They also help arrange tour for me at the pyramids and horseback riding.
