Breathtaking views and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The outside is a little rough and misleading but once you are upstairs it's a totally different world.
Areas for improvement:
TIP - Not.a big deal. Have your driver call the hotel so they can meet you outside, there is no sign or info on how to get into the hotel.

The best view in the giza. The hotel staff were great, very helpful and went beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious and the best view of all pyramids.

The staff was amazing, really helpful and very polite. They waited for us for the check in until 2 o'clock. The view was amazing, the room was big enough. Nice breakfast, amazing falafel.
Areas for improvement:
The location not the best, right in the middle of giza, at first sight might seem a bit sketchy, but at the end everything was fine.

We had everything that we needed here. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. The view of the pyramids were very beautiful from the hotel as it is located on the 11th floor.
